It gives our support team a clear, bird’s-eye view of every screen’s status in real time, so we can stay on top of what’s happening across locations. Rather than waiting for a site to call in and report an issue, the platform gives us the specific details we need to spot trends and address connectivity problems remotely before they affect anyone. Overall, it’s very straightforward to use and feels clearly designed with day-to-day operations in mind.
