However, the absolute standout aspect of L Squared is their customer support team. They are genuinely amazing. When we were navigating complex system integrations and our initial network deployment, their team was right there with us. They actively helped us validate configurations, troubleshoot edge cases, and ensure that the final rollout went live without a single hitch. It is incredibly rare to find a vendor support team that understands the technical nuances of integration testing and deployment as well as they do.

A Consistent, Centralized Platform for Managing Devices

What I appreciate most is that the platform provides a consistent environment for me to work in when backend services need to interact with screen content and device configurations. I’m not using it primarily to create content; instead, I rely on it to support the systems that deliver and manage that content. Having a centralized platform also makes it easier to understand how data flows through the application, how devices are linked to content, and whether backend changes are being reflected correctly across the environment. It’s especially helpful when troubleshooting issues related to configuration, synchronization, or service behavior, rather than focusing solely on frontend presentation.
