A Great HR Communication Channel for Visible, Timely Employee Updates

From an HR perspective, I like having another channel for communicating with employees without putting everything into email. We can use the screens for things that people need to notice during the workday, such as upcoming activities, employee recognition, important reminders, and workplace announcements. It is particularly useful for information that benefits from being visible for more than a few minutes instead of getting buried in an inbox.

A big part of my job is making sure everyone is on the same page. L Squared Hub makes internal communication incredibly easy. I can update our breakroom TVs, lobby screens, and meeting room displays all from one centralized web dashboard without needing to ask IT for help, Their support team is extremely helpful as whenever I have any doubts or need any modification they are always happy to help & their Turn around time of response is amazing like I usually get response in minutes

Gives Me Better Control Over Screen Content

What works well for me is that I can test changes in the actual signage environment instead of judging everything from the CMS interface alone. When we make an adjustment to content, playlists, or screen settings, I can check the result on the assigned display and compare it with what was expected. I also find the separation between content, playlists, schedules, and individual screens useful during testing. It gives me different points where I can check whether an issue is coming from the content itself or from how it has been configured.
