JustSignup puts a whole volunteer campaign on one link. A single signup page holds dated shifts, undated jobs and countable items to bring, so a school musical, a month of children's ministry Sundays or a season of team snacks lives on one page instead of a stack of separate sheets. Volunteers never create an account: they check off everything they'll do in one visit, enter a name and email once, and get one confirmation email with one link to change or cancel anything, plus a reminder the day before. Organizers choose first come first served with capacity and waitlists, or availability first, where volunteers say when they can help and the organizer assigns by hand or with one-click auto-fill that emails each person their schedule.
