Psalm is one system for enquiries, quotations, orders, invoices and payments, built for small businesses that quote before they sell: fabricators, kitchen and bathroom fitters, joiners, manufacturers, distributors, installers and agencies.
Enquiries land on a pipeline with follow-up reminders. Quotations are measured by size, quantity or fixed charge, carry your own letterhead, and can be accepted by the customer online. An accepted quotation becomes an order with payment stages from the agreed deposit, and the order becomes a proper UK VAT invoice without retyping a line. You always know who owes you what, aged into 30, 60 and 90 days. Each month, invoices export as a file for Xero or QuickBooks.
Your logo, colours and letterhead go on every document, and the guided importer brings in your customers and price list from Excel or Google Sheets. Every paid plan includes an AI assistant that works from your real records and only sees what the person asking may see.
Pricing is flat per company, never per user: £39 a month for up to three people, £99 for up to fifteen, £199 for up to fifty. Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial and no card, and Psalm is free for one person who sends invoices and quotes.
