I really like the MAAP (Mutual Agreed Action Plan) Feature. I like having a one stop shop place that isn't a sharepoint where important documents, presentations and call recordings go to die and never be viewed or read again. With the MAAP it's easy for the prospect or client to have a central place for them to easily review this important deal information from along with the high level project plan and actions log. The team at JF are also very supportive and responsive in helping build out the best playbooks for our business needs.
