I really like the MAAP (Mutual Agreed Action Plan) Feature. I like having a one stop shop place that isn't a sharepoint where important documents, presentations and call recordings go to die and never be viewed or read again. With the MAAP it's easy for the prospect or client to have a central place for them to easily review this important deal information from along with the high level project plan and actions log.
