For new users, the learning curve is steep. *Limitations:* Customization is limited and forms can feel rigid. Reporting lacks flexibility — getting the exact data you need requires more manual effort than it should. The system feels built for compliance first, usability second. *Impact:* Intelex does succeed at centralizing EHSQ data in one place, but the UX friction slows down routine tasks. It gets the job done, but not efficiently.

I like that Intelex EHSQ centralizes various HSE activities into one platform, which helps my team easily record and track safety observations, incidents, inspections, and audits. This makes managing HSE information more straightforward and organized.
