Comprehensive tool for CRM import/export

The software offers a vast library of tools to match, transform and import data to our CRM system. It gives us the flexibility to enforce data integrity during the import process without placing demands on our data providers who may not have the knowledge/skills to prepare their data in advance. The ability to change the matching process to improve performance depending on target/source data sizes is a nice feature, as is the ability to create shared data mapping files/profiles/connectors for collaborative working
