Ifa is a business workspace built by describing the business. An owner explains, in their own words, how enquiries arrive, who confirms a booking, which customer details need to follow every job, and what should happen after the visit. Ifa proposes the records, fields, views and workflow, and nothing exists until the owner has checked the plan.
What it does today: custom business records with your own fields, relationships, saved views and lifecycle states; booking policies and working hours per worker, availability checks, a booking page Ifa creates for the business, bookings customers make in chat on a connected channel, and bookings your team creates, reschedules, cancels and completes; file upload, preview and attachment to records; public forms and surveys that land as records or leads, with consent handled; typed workflows and scheduled automation with a preview before any bulk action; reports and dashboards with audit history; and an import that reads CSV, TSV, JSON, JSONL, XLSX, XLS and inert XLSM files through preview, checks for duplicates, dates and empty values, and approval before anything is written. A shared inbox works with email, SMS, Telegram, WhatsApp Business, Messenger and Instagram once the provider is connected.
What it does not do today, said plainly: no external calendar sync and no dispatch or routing, and invoicing and payments are planned rather than shipped. Reminders are workflows you define rather than a fixed switch.
Starting workspaces exist for beauty salons and spas, auto repair shops, dog groomers, cleaning companies, HVAC and repair crews, consultants and coaches, and tutoring centers. Ifa is pre-launch: preview the workspace, then pay. No free tier.
