Ideta is extremely generous in its price compared to the offerings; I feel it’s an excellent value. I’ve had to communicate with customer support, and Glen has been phenomenal! Ideta supplies a tremendous amount of templates to choose from to help jump-start your bot operation. I love that there is even ecommerce functionality built right in. They seem extremely attentive to their roadmap and continue to improve the software. I’m looking forward to the release of the mobile app to easily respond to live chats. I’m very pleased!
