**What do you like best about IDETA?**

Ideta is a perfect platform for creating chatbots, which impresses with its user-friendliness and flexibility. Particularly impressive is the excellent support.

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

I didn't notice anything negative. Depending on how complex a chatbot you want to create, a certain amount of familiarization time is required.

**What problems is IDETA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team helped me develop a very special chatbot. This chatbot allows students to practice with flashcards and provides individual AI feedback. Thanks to Ideta, we can now offer our students an interactive and efficient learning aid. Absolutely recommendable!

Features that are helpful to personalise the chatbots. The NLP provision of our choice is also a great option for training Chatbots with our own intent definitions

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

No significant dislikes, except a small one. During my testing, I noticed a slow response time when Chatbot interacts with customers/users.

**What problems is IDETA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can create intents and train the chatbot with relevant answers quickly. The platform is such feature-rich and intuitive that even no-code professionals can easily build a successful Chatbot for their websites or applications for greater productivity and smarter life.

**What do you like best about IDETA?**

I recently started using an automated chatbot based on AI and machine learning, and I'm so impressed! It has an intuitive UI for admins and users and can train a custom NLP dataset. The scalability options through third-party integrations are also awe-inspiring. It's helpful to customise the chatbot to my exact needs to impress my clients. I'm definitely going to continue using this product!

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

The only downside might be that the pricing is not something anyone could afford and is a bit steep compared to other products, but compensated by the outstanding software quality and features!

IDETA offers a tailored-made automated way to communicate with customers and save a lot of time, stress, and money, which a human support team would otherwise involve.

**What do you like best about IDETA?**

Ideta is the easiest and fastest way to build a chatbot without having software development knowledge. I work alone and with this service I saved time and money by not having to hire a software developer.

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

The site is in English and French. I would like to be able to access the site in Brazilian Portuguese.
Apart from the language, all other features serve me very well. I haven't seen any other problems so far.

Ideta helps create chatbots without software development knowledge. Even for developers, the tool is useful for saving time, as it is very easy and fast to create chatbots.

**What do you like best about IDETA?**

I really enjoy the inspiration provided by Ideta to create a sound chatbot, one that will interact and provide a thorough experience for your audience, as required.  The seemingly-endless set of variables available to create the chatbot makes it easy to build to your exacting needs.

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

Sometimes I get a bit overwhelmed by all the abilities the Ideta chatbot provides. It's best to have a full plan/formula developed before opening Ideta, as there are endless possibilities. I love the little racoon mascot that shapes Ideta's brand, it's absolutely adorable and I have to remind myself I don't have the artistic skills to make a similar chat mascot. The bot is awesome all the same.

**What problems is IDETA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes a user doesn't want to have to scroll through an entire website to find the information they want. The chatbot is capable of providing quick insight and pertinent information that may have otherwise been lost/ignored.

**What do you like best about IDETA?**

Ideta is a chatbot with enhanced AI features and Live Chat takeovers.  It is easy to create and customize a chatbot using Ideta with their no-code approach. There are a few templates to get you started along with guides on how to implement it on your website, Facebook, etc. You can set your flow where the bot can engage the customer after a few seconds. This allows the visitor some time to be acquainted with your product before the chatbot starts converting them into a customer.  The human takeover process is seamless. You could use Ideta to handle FAQ, engage your customers, collect information to contact your website visitors again and many other ideas on how to use a chatbot. You could have different chatbots for different webpages and websites. You can easily clone/duplicate an existing bot once you built one, making it super easy to rebrand and reuse previously created bots.

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

The original language of Ideta was in French, so some older tutorials reference features in French. Likewise, some descriptors appear in French as well, which are easily reportable via their chatbot. The interface is not like other chatbots out there, so there is some adjusting to the new process.

**What problems is IDETA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ideta allows for human takeovers from a chatbot. It creates a history of chatbot responses so you can follow up with the user at a later time if a human takeover isn't immediately possible.

**What do you like best about IDETA?**

Visual and basic elements are simple to use for simple tasks like storying client name and email and company info
It has a lot of powerful capabilities including API

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

No auto save on bubble creation means takes a while to learn it
Google Sheet integration video is complicated and needs better explaining. 
Videos are basic and probably need redoing soon 
Videos were annoying, don't need to see the owner against white background when its software that's being taught 
I would suggest taking the Audio from the videos, putting subtitles (as french accent not so easy to understand), and showing the screen that he is referring to.

**What problems is IDETA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ideta is solving the problem of how to support clients through their variable choice of information needs for my business. 
Having ability to look up spreadsheets and APIs is very useful.

It is easy to use without a steep learning curve. They offer tutorials and videos that are well developed and easy to follow. The interface is simple and intuitive. The software can be used in a variety of settings as well.

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

I haven't encountered any issues at this stage but I am only looking at using this product in elearning and not other settings so I wouldn't necessarily know if it works, say for FB.

**Recommendations to others considering IDETA:**

I think it is important that you find reviews relevant to your industry. As I mentioned earlier, I am using this software for elearning and it does a great job in that area.

Adding a more personalised touch to online courses that are full asynchronous; also using the chatbot for quizzes and reflection exercises with students. It add some novelty.

**What do you like best about IDETA?**

the system is really well built and easy to move around but the best part is the education that's provided every step of the way. if you follow their education you'll be building a great chat script in no time!

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

I got in and started playing with stuff before doing the education and I found it hard to "reset" or remove pieces that I had created earlier. I'm sure I was just missing something basic.

do the tutorials. you'll be happy you did in the long run!

other chat systems either require a lot of programming knowledge or require live people. ideta gives me a system where I can build a chatbot that can help me to answer. basic questions for my clients and even set appointments for them if needed!

**What do you like best about IDETA?**

Ideta is a highly customizable software, from the design of the chat to the ability to connect APIs and use AI to create a bot that is 100% suited to your needs. Ideta is extremely generous in its price compared to the offerings; I feel it’s an excellent value. I’ve had to communicate with customer support, and Glen has been phenomenal! Ideta supplies a tremendous amount of templates to choose from to help jump-start your bot operation. I love that there is even ecommerce functionality built right in. They seem extremely attentive to their roadmap and continue to improve the software. I’m looking forward to the release of the mobile app to easily respond to live chats. I’m very pleased!

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

There was a bit of a learning curve for me when I transitioned from other chatbots to Ideta. They seem to be working on training materials, but it felt a bit incomplete to me, and I ended up learning how to use the software mostly through their templates and reaching out to support to get some questions answered. As this is a growing software, there can be some glitches from time to time. Notification of these things occurring would be nice (such as an update being performed to the system, so some glitches may occur and be temporary). There are a few little quirky things with the UI, but nothing to be too picky about.

**What problems is IDETA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previous chat-bot subscriptions were getting out-grown, and to continue to keep up, there was an increase in added cost, nearly every three months. Furthermore, every time new features were added to my previous chat-bot provider, there was a fee associated to access that feature. It ended up becoming a very costly part of my business, and Ideta fixed that for me. With its generous limits and robust features, their powerful system allows me to scale as my company grows, without breaking the bank. It also allows me to use the chatbot in ways that will increase interaction rates, and improve the users' experience.

Hard to say what I like most. I guess a general answer. The whole tool and all features. It does have AI. Maybe that is something that I think is relevant. Because it is very good

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

Nothing in particular. If I had to say one thing, I would think the setup time. But that is with every chatbot, since you need to take the time to learn how to set it up. It's too feature rich for that.

I use it with multiple clients, but for a few of them this is a true gem. It saves their support cost drastically. My clients are very happy with this tool

**What do you like best about IDETA?**

I like this Ideta Chatbot because it’s easy to set up. No coding is required.
 It also uses AI and Natural Language Processing. So conversation feels very natural.  
It can also integrate with social media for selling on social.

It has lots of integrations. However, my CRM integration is not direct, must be connected via Zapier.

**Recommendations to others considering IDETA:**

The team is very supportive.
When you get the App, they give you a series of training videos.
These videos introduce you to the team.  They also give you everything you need to set up conversational marketing.

**What problems is IDETA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating my social media selling is my number 1 use case for IDETA. This helps me respond to my customers immediately, and filter the pool of leads.   I also use the AI chatbot to engage with our customers.

**What do you like best about IDETA?**

The user interface is very easy to understand and use. Changing the answer options is easily explained thanks to the tutorials and videos. Ideta makes it easy to create a chatbot without having previous knowledge. The software is also suitable for beginners.

We haven't been using the software that long, so I can't report anything negative about it at the moment. Well the user interface could be in other languages like german or spanish.

if you are looking for a simple chatbot creation software that is very easy to use, then use Ideta. It´s just for everyone.

2. Plethora of features to help you streamline responses.

To be clear, it's a great tool, but the ramp-up is a bit longer, meaning that would love an efficient way to streamline, but it's not as intuitive to use without spending some time on it.
Sometimes a tool is built from a developer's perspective vs a user's perspective so while it has a ton of awesome features, the UX can be more streamlined.

**Recommendations to others considering IDETA:**

Take time to learn all it has to offer. Ensure that you maximize its features. Be patient with it and be clear in your approach, by mapping out the user flow/story of common questions, FAQ, typical challenges users face, helpful tips, etc.

We are a small startup, repetition, ensuring our customers and clients feel they get the answer they deserve. Really want people to feel like it's not "robotic" or so "AI" that it loses its human touch, so the NLP is a great feature.

Code-free chatbot in minutes. Easy to integrate with major leading platforms. I used the Facebook integration chatbot. Glad that I purchased the LT Deal, so the price of the tool becomes affordable.

The UI is a bit of learning curve but you'll get use to it when you start using it. The Ai of the flow I found somewhere irrelevant so I end up making my own flow.

The no-code interface is easy to use. Even non-techies in our team can build a smart bot. Further, Ideta offers more than a dozen of templates for different use cases.

The SaaS is not a mature product yet. It lacks a couple of features. But I am certain that the devs will make it better in time. At least the dev roadmap looks promising.

We could build a customer greeting chat bot on a client website using conditional logic and design it to be 100% in line with their corporate design specs. This bot can interact with customers and potential clients in a variety of different ways.

**What do you like best about IDETA?**

Ideta is a high-end chatbot builder with more features than its competitors! The founders are approachable and the support team is reliable. There are also plenty of video tutorials for those who are new to chatbots.

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

None to dislike, but the onboarding can be improved. Especially for beginners to chatbots and SAAS in general, the dashboard and the overall process can be overwhelming for some users.

Before Ideta, we had to manually answer and reply to all chat queries. Now, with chatbot automation, communication is more efficient. This should translate to better business in the future.

Okay, here are few reason why i liked this tool most- 
Interact with customers with an easily built chat and call bot

The interface was made with users in mind. That much is clear. I've been able to create great flows.

There's not much to dislike about this product. It even integrates with an open source NLP, RASA.

**What do you like best about IDETA?**

Ideta is great for developing chatbots and livechats without any coding. When we needed help, the support team was reactive and helpful. We could deploy our chatbot easily to every channel, like our website, but also our Facebook page in only a few clicks.
 
We also really liked the fact that we could customize the design of our chatbot. We could change every aspect of it and make it completely match our website's design.

**What do you dislike about IDETA?**

Some part of the app is not entirely intuitive, especially for the AI implementation part. However, the support team helped us with that.

Take advantage of the fact that you can entirely customize your chatbot's design!

We needed to be able to communicate with our clients and leads in real-time and automate some recurrent questions they asked.
 
With Ideta, we implemented our chatbot quite fast and we converted almost 10% more sales demos from website visitors! Also we reduced our support team workload by almost 40%. 

We added human take-over when our client's or lead's queries were really precise and since our support team had more time, they could take time to give qualitative answers.

- You can customize your chatbot in all the aspects that you can dream of
- Live chat feature, you are notified and you can tchat immediatly with your visitor's website
- API connexion, you can automate a lot of process through API module (enrich directly your CRM for example)

- Could add more bots templates in order to quickly deploy an example
