I really like the customer service and support because each time I've had a problem or a question, I received a response or help within seconds. I also like that I can upload different types of media to Hypersign, like JPEG files, PowerPoint presentations, and MP4 files. This flexibility allows for a variety of content, not just still shots, but also animations which can grab the attention of people watching the signs. I find Hypersign user-friendly, and the initial setup was very easy. Once you learn how to upload the information you want to display, it's smooth sailing. We've been using Hypersign for about ten years, and the ease of use and friendliness of the product are why we continue to use it.

I love the modular abilities of Hypersign with the customizable informational widgets I can include on the screens. What works well is the dynamic/live updates available to the widgets. I can provide multiple points of information for students and educators about current conditions, local conditions, room availability, and greetings. Based on what I was informed, the initial setup of Hypersign was very easy, and help was readily available.
