I like the fact that HCP are innovators who will listen to their base and try to implement and 9/10 they knock it out of the park. When i first became a client, I called HCP my CRM tool. Now Its clear to me, they are an ERP tool. Its extremely easy to add new features that integrate with my other softwares. Its so easy to get a hold of customer support and tailor my plan directly to my business's unique needs. I can log in every morning and see where all my human capital is and what my AR is and move on from there.
