I like that we can share knowledge, but that it also has a feature to keep some of that information to certain individuals so it's not visible to the whole company. I can choose what teams are able to see what, and it's also easy to verify and keep up to date. The ability to keep sensitive topics locked out of public view, is very useful. We integrate Guru with Chrome, Zendesk, and Slack, which are great integrations.
