GuestLume is an AI guest assistant for independent hotels. Guests scan a QR code in their room or open the chat on the hotel website to get instant answers about facilities, policies, opening hours and local information in their own language, with no app to install. The assistant detects the language each guest types and replies in it. It captures guest requests such as maintenance issues, housekeeping and amenity requests, and routes them to the front office, and it handles in-chat room service and F&B ordering with menu browsing. Hotels can promote restaurant, spa and experience offers inside conversations to increase revenue per stay. A staff dashboard lets teams track and complete requests, with escalation alerts for unanswered F&B orders. GuestLume runs alongside the hotel's existing PMS with no integration required, and each assistant carries the hotel's own name, branding and approved knowledge.
