Govenda has been easy to implement, and our Board members have embraced the new technology. Our meetings are more streamlined and meaningful with improved accessibility. It is exciting that we no longer have paper board books that were hundreds of pages long. Participants can make notes to themselves for questions later, and they can make notes that are public to the meeting attendees to prompt discussion. Annotations assist with making sure the board members can follow along with the conversation easily.
