A reinstatement case collects documents (or sends the client a no-login upload link), checks them against the profile and the website, drafts the appeal, and the GBP Autopilot Chrome extension files it on Google's appeal form with the evidence attached and a hold before the submit click. The profile's standing is re-read every 30 minutes and the owner is emailed on day 3, 7, 14 and 30 of silence. A denied appeal opens the additional review path. A fake review case bundles up to 25 reviews from one profile, names the policy each one breaks, writes the reason and the appeal, files them from your browser, and confirms when a review is gone. A verification case asks Google which methods the profile can get, sends the phone or text code, and preps the video with a timed shot list and a link that opens Google's own flow on the phone.
Agencies get bulk settings, client isolation, white-label branding on their own domain, logged impersonation for support, a threaded support inbox, and client-owned Google connections.
