FreshLIMS is a modern, UK-built LIMS for independent diagnostic labs and the clinics that refer work to them. One platform, two ends — a Lab Platform for sample management and a Clinic Platform for ordering — sharing the same patient and sample record. Built around ISO 15189-aligned workflows, it covers order intake, sample lifecycle, QC, results approval, versioned PDF reporting and billing across chemistry, microbiology, molecular/PCR and genetics.
