I frequently use this portal on a daily basis for tracking our shipments and ensuring the accuracy. Their are multiple features that are of valuable use for operations. While the intial learning curve was minimal, ongoing support and regular updates have continued to enhance the portals functionallity, keeping it aligned with evolving business requirements.
