FactoryFix Makes Hiring Faster with Smart Candidate Screening and Helpful Notes

Being able to enter a job description and requirements, and then have FactoryFix weed out the good candidates from the not-so-good ones, is amazing. I also really like being able to leave notes on candidates I’ve spoken with so my coworkers can easily pick up where I left off if I’m not available. And having the AI handle the preliminary questions is incredibly helpful.

Efficient Recruiting with Powerful AI and Easy Setup

FactoryFix has been an extremely valuable tool in my recruiting process. It helps streamline candidate sourcing and works efficiently in the background, freeing up my time to focus on other priorities. The personalized AI recruiter is especially impressive as it does an excellent job screening candidates and identifying strong matches. I really appreciate the scorecard feature, which makes it easy to quickly evaluate and compare applicants. The initial setup was also super easy.

Perfect for CNC Manufacturing roles!

I’ve had a great experience using FactoryFix, especially because of how streamlined and effective the platform is. One of my favorite features is the ability to text candidates directly through the system. It makes communication much faster and more efficient, since most people see and respond to texts more quickly than emails. This has helped me get timely responses and keep the hiring process moving. I also really appreciate how focused the candidate searches are. I am able to quickly connect with a high volume of qualified CNC Machinists without having to sift through unrelated profiles. The platform clearly understands the needs of manufacturing and skilled trades, which makes a big difference when you're trying to fill roles fast and with the right people. Overall, FactoryFix has become my go-to tools for recruiting in this space.
