Expensify makes submitting expenses and following up on payments a cake walk. The interface is modern and intuitive. The email updates make my expenses easy to track.
There's also a mobile app for those who are interested.

It is so simple to use and creates reports with the expenses classified and sub-totaled. When you get a receipt for an expense, open the app, take a picture of the receipt, then email it to Expensify. It is that easy. Or just type in the info about the expense, date, description, amount, classification, assign it to a report. It is quick and keeps all of my expenses organized and ready for my monthly expense report.
