Great for running zoom meetings

I find equal time a great way to get insights about my meetings. Often during a team meeting, it can be hard to perceive how much time each team member received to speak on a topic. Getting a breakdown is invaluable for ensuring all viewpoints are being considered and a tool to help coach junior team members who aren't participating in discussions. I also enjoy the small touches included in the app, like ice breakers which allow me to avoid scrambling on Google for an ice breaker for meetings I host when folks are still joining. Getting a report after the meeting with details about someone being more than 3 minutes late is also a nice touch to see if someone is not consistently respectful of everyone's time.
