I also appreciate how smoothly it integrates with accounting tools like Xero. Having transactions and receipts sync automatically saves a lot of time on manual reconciliation and helps reduce errors for finance teams. One unexpected benefit is how much simpler employee expense management becomes when everyone has clear spending permissions and receipts are attached directly to transactions. It creates a cleaner audit trail and noticeably speeds up approvals and reporting. Overall, the platform feels user-friendly while still offering strong financial controls for growing teams.

I find the interface of Equals Money to be really good and great for navigating. It's super useful and easy to use, especially for sending payments across the world. The ability to split money into account balances and wallets is extremely valuable from a cash flow perspective. I also appreciate the easy flow and transparency of the platform, which helps understand the processes and charges involved, making it probably the easiest among all the banks in terms of understanding the flow and fees.

If there are issues we do have them escalated and it’s not a chat bot. Anjana is on it and addresses our needs - with that being said, the platform itself could use upgrades and the functionality could be improved.
