I appreciate that Entrata is always changing and trying to improve, and I really like how the development team takes our suggestions seriously and works to make the lead to lease process as smooth as possible. It's a very user-friendly product, almost like an Apple product, and it's really intuitive. I also find it impressive that we've had very few issues with Entrata not functioning properly over the many years we've used it. When it comes to the onboarding process, Entrata has really put time and money into making it easier, especially when we buy new properties—we're ready to go as soon as we close. I think it's an all-in-one package, which makes Entrata so strong.
