What I like best about EasyLlama is that it combines strong, modern training content with very little administrative friction. We regularly use its compliance and professional skills courses, and the library makes it easy to find content that is engaging, mobile-friendly, and available in multiple languages. That has been especially valuable for supporting a diverse workforce without having to create or maintain as much training internally. The course customization has also been a major benefit. For example, we were able to take EasyLlama's Hiring and Interviewing course and add our own terminology, internal processes, resources, and points of contact. That gave us the quality of professionally developed content while still making the training feel specific to our organization. From an administration standpoint, we use EasyLlama both through its LMS and through SCORM packages in Dayforce. The assignment process in EasyLlama is very straightforward, and the SCORM delivery model gives us flexibility to keep Dayforce as our primary LMS. An unexpected benefit has been the quality of their support team. We have contacted them about audit questions, course coverage, translations, SCORM behavior, and learner record issues, and they consistently respond quickly and take ownership of finding a practical solution. Overall, EasyLlama has reduced the amount of time we spend managing compliance training while improving the experience for both administrators and employees.
