VOTOMAP is a political campaign management platform for Colombia and Latin America. It centralizes supporters, voters, leaders, territorial teams, forms, surveys and electoral operations in one role-based workspace. Authorized teams can import spreadsheets, review possible duplicate records, organize leadership hierarchies, create QR-enabled forms, consult dashboards and maps, manage WhatsApp conversations, use AI-assisted analysis and coordinate witnesses, polling places and incidents. The product runs in a web browser and supports mobile fieldwork without requiring specialized equipment. VOTOMAP does not replace official voting, pre-counting, scrutiny or electoral authority systems, and AI-generated suggestions require human review. Each organization remains responsible for data protection, lawful processing and campaign decisions. Available modules depend on the contracted plan and configuration.
