DocuFleet is fleet management software for fleets of every size in Austria and Germany. It supports growing businesses and enterprise organizations with multiple locations. Developed in Vienna, it brings maintenance, costs, contracts, documents and damage records into one system.
DocuFleet keeps inspection dates and fleet duties visible. These include Austria’s § 57a inspection, Germany’s HU, UVV inspections, driver’s licence checks and driver training. Staged reminders help teams act before dates are missed. Five user roles give each team the access it needs.
Receipts and invoices can be captured from photos or PDFs with AI assisted extraction. Users remain in control of verification. Costs can be assigned to vehicles and cost centres and exported for DATEV workflows. The platform also supports pool vehicle bookings, handover records and a mobile app for drivers. DocuFleet does not use GPS tracking or vehicle hardware. Data is hosted in the EU.
