From opening discussions, through sign-off, and onto the present day, Digital Genius have shown themselves to be supportive, proactive and personable. The AI itself is powerful, with a large number of queries being automated at a high level of accuracy. From a customer perspective, Digital Genius is easy to use, with modular process flows being created that Bora and his team then turn into high-quality responses for customers. When dealing with a type of query they had not previously encountered during our trial, Digital Genius specifically built an intent for it to improve their service. DG's speed of issue resolution is also superb. We are very happy with the company's service so far and look forward to working with them to support our customers in the future.
