great for pictures management
- open system: tags are written in IPTC standard = you can review or use what you implemented in the tags in another soft, such as photoshop or the excellent XnView
- you can upload the modifications in IPTC fields done through another soft in Daminiion
- you have lost your database, or decide to go to another picture management soft ( in Linux for instance) ? rebuild the database is easy, as information is in the metadatas inside the picture.
