DailyPay adds a strong benefit for our employees that they love having access to, but maintaining it takes little to no effort on our part. DailyPay takes care of everything. Integration was a breeze. Customer service is not only responsive, but they take care of all questions related to DailyPay; we just have to direct the employees to ask them. On top of that, they have additional services and partners that we've really appreciated. They've put out publicity/press releases/case studies for us, connected us with another great financial wellness partner in OneEleven, and their Cycle payments really saved us during our transition between payroll companies when certain employees did not process and we needed to pay them instantly, instead.

The ability for our front-line, hourly staff to have access to their pay when they need it vs having to wait every two weeks for their paycheck.
