Cybersmart Portal is simple to use and onboard customers. The products are simple to apply to customers and the team are easily contactable over live chat or email for any sales or technical queries. Pricing is slightly more expensive for Cyber Essentials when compared against IASME, but the portal, service and the support more than makes up for this extra cost.

The monitoring of device compliance is particularly useful to ensure nothing has been missed during manual checks. If something needs to be changed, a scan can be manually started and completes fairly quickly. I like CyberSmart's portal with its easy reports and deployable agent because it provides a snapshot of compliance at any time. The agent is great at reporting on key vulnerabilities and even patches them, which means we have less work to do.
