We process candidate's profile data and assessment data through AI-powered engines to generate Credo verified CV which offers actionable insights to the hiring managers. Fresher assessment is done via a machine generated test where the candidate is evaluated on relevance fit, skillset fit & cultural fit. Lateral assessment is done using interview as a service where candidate is evaluated by a subject matter expert from IITs/IIMs/Top brands over a scientific framework.
