We (Cloudoffice.bg - GCP and Workspace reseller) use Movebot to migrate data into Workspace on behalf of our clients - typically on-prem to Workspace or Workspace to Workspace. The data we move ranges from 50-500+ GB and Movebot made it easy. The setup takes 5-10 minutes when you know the parameters of the migration and then you just start the migration. The tool can handle transfers at great speeds (e.g. we've transferred 80 GB from 40 users, Workspace to Workspace, in 2 hours including permission remapping). In comparison, the setup of some of the other data migration tools would take more time. Movebot also has comprehensive reporting that removes the guessing about what happened during the migration. And last but not least - the Movebot team is always there to help.

Movebot provides all the analytics you would want from a solution like this. The pre-scan reports are accurate, and the transfers have all been reliable.

When transferring data from one platform to another, a multitude of things go through your mind; how will I cope with shared data? how will I be able to consolidate personal folders and company drives without creating a mountain of admin work setting up the move? how will I check for errors? how will I know if the transfer speeds will not cause me issues with client scheduling? This, in comparison with the previous tool, took 16 DAYS to complete with over 8500+ errors. I can't score this tool highly enough.
