Coolsets way of working is really thought through with guidance by a customer succes manager in collaboration with sustainability researchers / experts, in addition to proactive support whenever necessary. We are impressed by their profound and sophisticated CSRD / ESG / sustainability knowledgde and experience so far, which is also directly integrated in the software. We gained many new usefull and important insights that we could not have taken ourselves so easily.

It is very easy to use, the tool/portal guides you through all the necessary steps. Also the Coolset employees are very reachabel and available.

The way Coolset is designed makes it very easy to track and analyze carbon emissions (also per category) and plan reduction strategies, for practically anyone in the team without extensive training. Their support and onboarding team has been great at helping us get a grasp of the CSRD reporting and translate our policies and datapoints into compliant reports.
