Coolsets way of working is really thought through with guidance by a customer succes manager in collaboration with sustainability researchers / experts, in addition to proactive support whenever necessary. We are impressed by their profound and sophisticated CSRD / ESG / sustainability knowledgde and experience so far, which is also directly integrated in the software. Their support and onboarding team has been great at helping us get a grasp of the CSRD reporting and translate our policies and datapoints into compliant reports. Coolset has the most knowledgeable team when it comes to sustainability matters I've ever met. We are very happy with the implementation process and with the partnership in general. **What do you dislike about Coolset?** At the moment nothing comes to mind. It allows its users to get an accurate and real-time insight into their carbon footprint and does so in a seamless way. What I like most is the high degree of automation; all you need to do is provide your accounting data! After that Greencast is able to go live in a matter of days which is such a great improvement compared to comparable solutions (other software, or consultants). The tool can be used throughout different parts across the organization because it provides comprehensible, valuable output and is easy to use. On the basis of accounting data, Greencast manages to provide a detailed carbon accounting overview within a few weeks. Greencast analyzes the carbon footprint extensively, according to the different emissions scopes and various (sub)-categories. This truly helps to get a grip on your emissions and understand them. It has been great to witness the continious development of the product! The Greencast team is amazing and their support is swift and thorough. The insights Greencast produces are highly necessary and valuable, both from a company perspective and an investment (portfolio) perspective. They serve as an objective basis for further action, whether that is implementing carbon reduction strategies or the off-setting of emissions. It is a simple and effective solution for measuring and reducing your company's carbon footprint. The software is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it intuitive and easy to use. I found it super easy to get an analysis from my company transactions, compared with other software and consultants where the process was much longer and more difficult. The charts and graphs that it produces are very informative and detailed, giving you a better understanding of your company's carbon footprint. I also like that it is a cloud-based solution, allowing you to manage and access your data from any device. Additionally, the customer service team is very friendly and helpful, providing great support when needed. **What do you dislike about Coolset?** The only downside of using Greencast is that it may be a bit expensive for companies that are just starting (less than 5 employees). What I like most about the tool is the effortless experience: both on the product side and with Greencast's team. It's carbon accounting made easy and accessible for the masses.
