Coolset provides a well designed, user-friendly software solution for implementing CSRD. The compliance management module takes our implementation to the next level, from only pragmatic and unstructured to more thorough and professional, contributing to long-term assurance and succes. Coolsets way of working is really thought through with guidance by a customer succes manager in collaboration with sustainability researchers / experts, in addition to proactive support whenever necessary. We are impressed by their profound and sophisticated CSRD / ESG / sustainability knowledgde and experience so far, which is also directly integrated in the software. The way Coolset is designed makes it very easy to track and analyze carbon emissions (also per category) and plan reduction strategies, for practically anyone in the team without extensive training. Their support and onboarding team has been great at helping us get a grasp of the CSRD reporting and translate our policies and datapoints into compliant reports. Integrating into Coolset's sustainability management platform has been a great experience. We’re working on CSRD compliance with a team of four and their carbon management software has helped us track our scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions in detail.
