What we like most, since 2023, is that we can manage everything from one place in a single platform. Our communication has become organized, effective, and faster. We are also happy with the automation flows, as we can use recurring scenarios at the right time without having to rebuild everything. One area we look forward to exploring further is the AI side of the platform, and we want to activate the new Menura AI.

We mainly use ContactPigeon to send email campaigns on behalf of our multiple clients, both automated and bulk. They have been performing consistently well with strong open rates, especially in automated journeys. The setup for automations is straightforward, and once things are live, they run effectively.

We use the platform for newsletters and landing pages, which have helped us keep everything in one place instead of using multiple tools for all three accounts. There is flexibility around automation and segmentation, especially for our timely and personalized customer journeys. Being able to create targeted segments and trigger campaigns based on behavior has made our communication much more efficient, keeping our subscribers loyal.
