We have been using ContactPigeon for more than five years for automation and customer communication. The platform helps us create different flows for different cases, such as cart abandonment, browse abandonment, or any additional lifecycle campaign. Everything is in one place, and it’s been really handy.

ContactPigeon gives us a complete set of tools to plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns for our clients, through email marketing, push notifications, automations, and pop-ups. We send 10–12 email campaigns and approximately 7 push notification campaigns monthly. Moreover, we run multiple automations, including abandoned cart, browse abandonment, giveaway automations, newsletter welcome journeys based on signup location, best-seller recommendations, product recommendations, and transactional emails.

Overall, we are satisfied with the product and very happy with the support team. It has all the tools that we need to create and manage our campaigns. Our work has become much easier since we launched the partnership in 2017, and the features help us engage with our audience. We have also added ContactPigeon’s new feature, Menura AI, which has been great for our business.
