Overall, we are satisfied with the product and very happy with the support team. It has all the tools that we need to create and manage our campaigns. Our work has become much easier since we launched the partnership in 2017, and the features help us engage with our audience. We have also added ContactPigeon’s new feature, Menura AI, which has been great for our business.

One of the biggest advantages is the support we have received for the automation setup since we started in 2023. We’ve recently set up cart abandonment automations, which have helped us create a more structured way to re-engage visitors. The platform gives us the flexibility to build different customer journeys, and we are also discussing the next steps around browse abandonment and birthday automations.
