What I like most about Compliancy Group Healthcare Compliance is the way they provide information and how it helps all of us as interpreters. I find it very good and feel that they are a very good group. They usually give us programs and we take different courses that teach us all about healthcare, which helps us know what needs to be done.

I love the support from Compliancy Group Healthcare Compliance. I really think their support is really good and makes me feel awesome. Liam does a great job on the webinars, and I'm always learning new stuff, whether interacting via email with their support or in the webinars. I also think the initial setup was really easy. The onboarding process is really good. We had two onboarding calls with their onboarding specialists who gave us all the tools, and I followed the HIPAA risk assessment playbook that's in the guard portal. Those were really, really helpful.

The 2025 updates to the Compliancy Group portal made the entire system much easier to utilize. The question and answer format of the risk assessments breaks complex regulatory language into manageable size chunks. Each question contains a simplified explanation of the regulation and links to policies and information within the platform that would improve our compliance with a given regulation. This makes it easy to open a new assessment and just start ticking off answers. The system does generate automatic reminder emails based on the date that a question was originally answered, so don't spend days or weeks getting through the assessment questions in the first place or you'll be nagged by an equally strung out series of reminder emails for the rest of time! There are routine training webinars that dig into specific modules within the portal and the presenter is engaging and responsive to questions.
