We switched over from an older POS to Korona almost 5 years ago. The system is great! Fast, efficient, customizable, and has great reporting tools as well! We use it everyday, with only minor issues here and there. A quick call to the support staff will always fix it, they are are very friendly and based in the USA!

Very user friendly. You can customize interface to conform to your business needs. Customer Service is in the United States, always accessible, and always awesome. We love that we can fit it to our scale of business and grow with it.

The "all-in-one" system capabilities such as ticketing, retail, food/beverage, online sales, and more. Having one POS that can be sufficient in multiple different areas is extremely beneficial for both reporting and operational purposes. The ticketing portion of Korona is fantastic for validation of tickets, reloading wristbands, scanning at turnstiles and handheld devices, and more. The customer service is also consistent and very helpful. We have worked with other systems that do not have good customer service and can be impossible to reach. The team really cares about solving issues and coming up with solutions.
