Lots of data, but no idea how to action it

I'll be honest, my company has had this software running for a few months now and I receive daily emails. I have not yet figured out how to make use of the software for anything. I glance over the pretty graphs and that's about it. Maybe the software is too powerful and I have simpler needs? Maybe I need to be spoon fed more?
