If their analysis finds the order is safe and you receive a chargeback on that order, it is covered and you get reimbursed. • Responsive support. Whenever we have had questions, we have received help. • Easy to set up. It was just a few clicks to get their app installed on our website. • Integrates flawlessly with Shopify. • You are in control. If there are any orders you want to remove from the coverage, you can do that through the ClearSale app dashboard and you aren't charged for the coverage on those orders. • Affordable. They customize your plan according to the average number of orders you receive and an average order value. It comes out to be very inexpensive and is a percentage value. That way, if it is a small order, you pay a tiny amount for coverage. • Huge time saver. We no longer have to spend time chasing our customers to verify their orders. This could be the biggest benefit.
