The software is really well built and clearly focused on being super reliable. That said, the biggest reason I keep renewing year after year is the support. Judd and Matt are always working to make the service better, and they answer any questions at lightning speed. They also take the time to think through the processes of how the end user will actually use it, then implement new ideas we wouldn’t have even thought of. I’d 100% recommend Check Cherry, and I already do to so many people in the industry.

I love the automation aspect of Check Cherry because it helps us tremendously by allowing us to respond to clients even in our sleep. The ability to follow up with clients very easily and create different automations from scratch is what I love the most. It's incredibly helpful to organize all of my client information, and the email templates they provide are really useful. Sending customer proposals is effortless and the interface for proposals looks so much better than what I used to use. Also, whenever there's an issue, I can reach out to support, and they resolve it pretty fast.

Everything is all in one platform and customer service is great. They are always there to help.
