Cartia is a digital loyalty card platform for independent retailers, bakeries, cafés, restaurants and salons. It replaces the paper stamp card, or punch card, with a card that lives in the customer's phone. Customers scan a QR code at the counter and add their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. There is no app to install and no account to create. Staff validate each visit from any phone or browser using Cartia Comptoir, with no till integration required. Merchants choose stamp-based or point-based rewards and can adjust the threshold or reward at any time; cards already issued update on the customer's phone. The dashboard shows who returns, how often, and who has stopped coming. Paid plans add push campaigns on Apple Wallet cards and CSV export of your customer list.
