CareOS is an AI-first care management platform for UK care providers, covering home care, supported living, care homes, children's homes and care staffing in one system. Office teams get SmartRota AI-assisted rostering, visit scheduling and live monitoring, electronic care planning, and a full finance suite: client rate cards, invoicing, payroll, holiday pay, travel and mileage. Workforce tools track training, DBS, right-to-work, visa status, appraisals and supervisions with automated alerts, plus recruitment through to clear-to-work. Carers work from a dedicated iOS and Android app for daily visits, GPS-verified check-in and check-out, care tasks, observations, body maps, incident reporting, and eMAR with PRN protocols, controlled drug witnessing and medication safety alerts. Families follow visits and updates via their own portal with secure messaging; inspectors can be given read-only evidence access.
