Intuitive Platform with Room for Improvement
I really like that the Cahoot platform is very intuitive and easy to use, which makes uploading products and shipping out one-time work orders outside of the normal 3PL platform simple. This feature saves me a lot of time in production, allowing me to rapidly check off orders and balance inventory. The setup process was also super simple, and Robert was fantastic in helping us set up our UPCs and shipping products.

Great Support and Smooth EDI Onboarding
I like Cahoot’s support team the most. They were very helpful during onboarding and especially with our Orderful and Chewy Vendor Direct integration. Responses are quick and clear, and they walk you through issues step by step. That made the setup much easier than we expected.
