Byndesk is a form builder tool for small businesses to create highly customized intake forms and consent waivers, and integrate them into the booking checkout for Square Appointments, making it mandatory for clients to fill out or sign the forms at the time of booking. Once forms have been filled out or signed, they are synced into the Square Appointments dashboard, ensuring Square remains the source of all truth. This improves admin productivity and eliminates waste of time, usually 15+ minutes, when clients fill out the paperwork at the appointment visit.
