The ‘where’ helps people see who’s going into the office so they can plan their attendance to coordinate with colleagues and desk space. The ‘when’ gives people guilt-free, pre-sanctioned flexitime within parameters set by the business. There’s data for the company on all of it, which is not readily available on other platforms, and is an industry first as a holistic ‘flexible work’ tool.
