BizzyBot is small business management software for solopreneurs, contractors and small teams. It combines project management, task management, scheduling and customer tools in one app that runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone.
Core features include projects with tasks and subtasks, one-click quick tasks, project templates, a shared calendar with recurring events, a Work view with a map of projects, documents, contacts, messages and an org chart. A Flow builder automates workflows using rules the team sets.
Optional modules add Bookings (online booking pages for customer appointments), Shifts (crew and employee scheduling with time off and shift trades), Google Calendar with Google Meet links, expense tracking, project cost tracking, a backlog, and a QuickBooks Online connection that shows customers, invoices and balances and creates invoices from saved work that are sent from QuickBooks.
