BIZZqui is the matching app for business succession in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). It brings together owners of small businesses who want to hand over their company and people who want to take one over, and enables a first confidential contact between them.
Who it is for
BIZZqui focuses on small and very small businesses, from trades and hospitality to service providers. These companies rarely make it onto the large succession marketplaces and are otherwise scattered across classified ads, regional press or personal networks. On one side are owners who want to pass their life's work into good hands. On the other side are founders, career changers and managers who would rather become self-employed with a running business, an existing customer base and established processes, instead of starting from scratch.
How it works
Whoever wants to hand over or take over creates an anonymous profile with the key facts in a few steps: industry, region, size and price expectation, plus a short personal description. BIZZqui then shows profiles that match. If both sides are interested, a match is created and a chat opens for a confidential exchange. Profiles stay anonymous throughout, nothing is listed publicly, and everyone decides for themselves in the chat what to reveal. Being found instead of searching, that is the core idea.
The advisor portal
Alongside the app there is a web-based advisor portal. Advisors such as tax consultants or trustees can post and manage their mandates there, and find matching buyers in the same pool for the smaller companies they broker.
Where BIZZqui stops
BIZZqui does not advise, does not broker and does not run the succession process. The first contact is our job. Everything after that, from valuation and financing to the contract, is handled by the parties with their own experts.
